My Evolution as a DJ

Andrey Suárez is a DJ and producer from Esparza, Puntarenas (Costa Rica), focused on genres such as Minimal House, Techno, AfroHouse, and Progressive House. His sound blends warm textures, hypnotic progressions, and immersive atmospheres, creating a unique sonic journey for his audience.

I initially performed under the alias Sealgroove, but eventually chose to adopt my real name, Andrey Suárez, to better reflect my identity as an artist.

A graduate of DJ Lab (2024), he has performed at various clubs and events across Costa Rica, including Distrito Rojo, Club Palio, Mambo Club, Avalon, Distrito 1 Ocean View, Fofos, Eliza Steinvorth, and SIBÖ. He has shared the stage with artists like Luis Kenz, Wrong Department, Maria Rodríguez, John Ese (Mexico), and Ana Völk (Honduras), among others.

He currently resides in Limerick, Ireland, where he has played several sets at The Olive Tree, showcasing a sound more rooted in Jazz House and Funky House. However, his core identity as a DJ and music producer remains centered on Minimal House and Techno.
